Meet Our Staff

Caitlin O'Rourke is currently the Vice President of Capitol Fundraising Associates in Lansing where she focuses on intern and associate management and development, as well as strategic growth and client relationships. She began her career at CFA in 2016 as an associate. She has a B.A degree from Grand Valley State University. Caitlin is a 2014 GLPA alumnus and has worked on a number of state, local, and issue-focused campaigns across Michigan, including working for the Michigan Democratic Party, Justice for All - Michigan, and Reproductive Freedom for All. She's currently GLPA-LEAD's Senior Advisor.
