Our Becoming a LEADer candidate training will be offered virtually thorough early 2024 to make it accessible to candidates through Michigan.

Whether you’re considering running for school board, a city office, county position, or even the state legislature, this campaign 101 style training will give you the tools you need to run a successful campaign.

Schedule

Next virtual training date is Saturday, June 1, 2024.

All trainings run from 10 am - 2 pm. Candidates accepted into the training will be notified by GLPA staff via email.

As a 501(c)4, GLPA-LEAD is required to charge for candidate trainings. The training fee for our Becoming a LEADer series is $25. If cost is a barrier, please let us know as there are scholarship opportunities available.
