Ready to Ascend (week 1 of 4)
Our 4-week, Ready to Ascend is a skills-intensive, professional development training program designed for individuals who identify as women, LGBTQ, BIPOC, or neurodivergent and currently hold non-management positions within nonprofit progressive advocacy and human service organizations.
The program aims to prepare participants for future leadership roles.
